Managing Members

Overview

Coordinators have full control over league membership. You can add members directly, create guest placeholders, promote members to coordinators, and manage division assignments.

Adding Members

There are several ways to add players to your league:

• Share the join code — give players the 6-character code to enter in the app.
• Share a join link — send a direct link that adds them automatically.
• Add as guest — create a placeholder for someone who doesn't have the app yet.

Guest Players

Guest players are placeholders for people who haven't signed up for Dynasty yet. Coordinators create a guest entry with just a name. The guest can participate in events and have scores recorded. When the guest downloads the app and creates an account, they can claim their guest profile using a claim link shared by the coordinator. All their scores and stats transfer automatically.

Coordinators

Any member can be promoted to coordinator. Coordinators can manage all aspects of the league including events, scoring, members, divisions, and settings. You can have multiple coordinators to share the workload. Coordinator status can be granted or revoked by any existing coordinator.

Member Limits

Each league supports up to 500 members and guests combined. This cap includes both active members and active (unclaimed) guest entries.
