Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Flight Path Labs ("Dynasty," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Dynasty mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Your license to the App software itself is governed by the standard End User License Agreement of the platform you obtained it from — Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") for the App Store, or the Google Play Terms of Service for Google Play. These Terms apply in addition to that license. Dynasty, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, Dynasty grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the App and its services for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • On Apple devices, this license is limited to use on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set out in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that the App may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
  • On Android devices, this license is granted as permitted by the Google Play Terms of Service.

You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, copy (except as expressly permitted), decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

You may delete your account at any time from within the App or by visiting our Account Deletion page. Deleting your account removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions (Dynasty Pro)

Dynasty offers Dynasty Pro, an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks premium features (Player Insights, full Activity history, unlimited Practice Mode, and premium themes).

  • Plans and price. Dynasty Pro is offered on a monthly and an annual plan. The current price, billing period, and any introductory offer or free trial are shown in the App at the point of purchase, in your local currency.
  • Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Managing and canceling. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings (App Store) or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
  • Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
  • Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the applicable App Store or Google Play policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • upload or transmit content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or harmful;
  • interfere with or disrupt the App, its servers, or networks;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or other users' data;
  • misrepresent scores, identities, or other information to gain an unfair advantage in a league or competition.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the App (such as league, event, and scoring data). You grant Dynasty a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely to operate and improve the App. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights to submit it.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Dynasty or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the App other than the limited license above.

7. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Dynasty does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DYNASTY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Termination

These Terms apply until terminated by you or Dynasty. Your rights under these Terms end automatically if you fail to comply with them. Dynasty may suspend or terminate your access for any violation. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms with a new effective date and, where required, notify you in the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dynasty operates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

13. App Store and Platform Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to the terms of the platform you obtained it from. The license to the App software is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (for the App Store) or the Google Play Terms of Service (for Google Play). Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the Apple Standard EULA and may enforce it against you.
