Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dynasty ("the App"), operated by Dynasty ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Dynasty. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the App.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Dynasty only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent scores or game data
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users
• Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers and networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or collect data from the App
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the App to distribute spam or unsolicited messages

League Participation

Dynasty facilitates the management of disc golf leagues. When participating in leagues through the App:

• You agree to abide by the rules set by the league organizer
• Scores and game data you submit should be accurate and honest
• Your name, scores, and standings may be visible to other league members
• League organizers are responsible for managing their league rules and membership

We are not responsible for disputes between league members or decisions made by league organizers. We provide the platform, but leagues are independently managed by their organizers.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, content, and code, is owned by Dynasty and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.

The Dynasty name, logo, and related branding are trademarks of Dynasty. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App (such as profile information and league data). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute that content as necessary to operate and improve the App.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the right to share it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services, including:

• Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In for authentication
• Cloud infrastructure providers for data storage

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the App at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dynasty and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dynasty and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through the App or by visiting our Account Deletion page. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dynasty operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
