Practice Mode
Track your putting practice independently with goals and achievements.
What Is Practice Mode?
Practice mode lets you track your putting sessions outside of league events. It's a personal training tool that helps you build consistency, track improvement, and earn achievements. You don't need to be in a league to use practice mode.
Starting a Practice Session
To begin a practice session:
- 1Navigate to the Practice tab.
- 2Choose a layout or set up custom stations with your preferred distances.
- 3Start putting and record your makes and misses for each round.
- 4Complete all stations to finish the session and see your stats.
Practice Stats
Each session tracks detailed statistics:
- Total makes and attempts.
- Overall accuracy percentage.
- C1 accuracy (under 33 feet).
- C2 accuracy (33–66 feet).
- Session comparison with your historical average.
Skill Rating
Based on your practice data, Dynasty calculates a skill rating (0–1000) and assigns you a tier: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Expert, or Master. This rating reflects your putting ability and updates as you practice more. It's separate from your league ratings.
Weekly Goals
Set weekly practice goals to stay consistent. You can set a target number of sessions or total putts per week. Dynasty tracks your progress and resets goals every Monday. Hitting your weekly goals contributes to streak-based achievements.
Achievements
Earn achievements as you practice to stay motivated:
- Milestone — Hit lifetime putt counts (100, 500, 1,000+ makes).
- Accuracy — Achieve session accuracy thresholds (70%, 80%, 90%+).
- Distance — Master C1 or C2 ranges with specific accuracy targets.
- Streak — Practice consistently for 7, 14, or 30+ days in a row.
- Weekly — Meet your weekly goal for multiple consecutive weeks.
Friend Leaderboards
Compare your practice stats with friends on the practice leaderboard. See how your accuracy, session count, and skill rating stack up. Add friends through the Social tab to compete on the leaderboard.
